Colleagues Support

Looking back on not only the past few weeks but on all the courses I have taken thus far, I am so grateful to have had the colleagues I have had in my courses. I feel like I have been challenged, pushed, and motivated to do my best. They have made me accountable, professional, and most of all that they have extended my horizons. My colleagues in this master’s course have challenged me to look at things through a different lens and this has improved my cultural competency.

I hope that my colleagues continue on their path with motivation and excitement. The end of the program is near but there is still an abundance we can learn from the remaining courses. Keeping this in mind will focus all of us on the material and what we are learning and not on the fact that we are almost done.
